This was one of my first personal websites. It's main purpose was as a tutorial on how to create Windows Desktop Themes and as a showcase for several themes I created. I've probably spent more time designing this website than I did on the tutorial itself (which was never finished) but I learned a lot about using Photoshop and html (version 3 at that time).
